Student Life

UCA Clubs
UCA Clubs are student-led groups that are designed to bring students with similar interests together. The wide range of clubs represent many aspects of student interest from pre-med to aviation to dance to language, just to name a few. Each club is led by a student club president, vice-president, and a faculty advisor. Club presidents create meeting times, places, and activities throughout the year.

Principal’s Leadership Council
Principal’s Leadership Council (PLC) is a group of students chosen by the principal from each grade level as representatives of the whole of UCA high school. The goal is for students to serve as liaisons between administration and the student body, by bringing concerns and issues to the principal and in turn, creating solutions for the good of all. Students will exercise leadership, initiative, advocation and problem-solving skills to make UCA high school an ever-growing school of excellence.

Leadership Education and Development
LEAD: (Leadership Education and Development) is a course designed to help guide students to become an even better leader through coursework and real-life application in planning and executing school activities. Students engage in working through leadership curriculum that prepares students for life in and out of high school.
