ELEMENTARY
FROM THE DESK OF PRINCIPAL JENNIFER ARAIZA
It is with immense joy that I am called to serve as United Christian Academy’s Elementary School Principal. What a privilege to be allowed a profession that doubles as my passion. More than just a passion to lead within academic settings is a desire to remain a life-long learner. Education is such a beautiful relationship between teaching and learning through the exploration of the awe of God. It truly is an opportunity to enhance the transformational process of individuals toward their God-given potential in preparation for assuming their place in the body of Christ.
My journey as an educator-leader began over 20 years ago and has included experience with preschool, K-12, and adult learners. The majority of this experience has been in preschool through 8th grade private and charter schools, including classroom teaching, administration, and curriculum development. As an educator, I embrace a personalized, mastery-based, data-informed approach with a particular interest in STEAM, robotics, and child development. As an administrator, I strive to guide my team to pursue their potential while maintaining their own love for learning.
I am excited to partner with the UCA community while living out our mission to “educate students by integrating academic excellence with a Christian worldview, equipping them to impact their world for Christ.” I pray that our partnership remains Christ-centered, with academic excellence, in a loving community, and in pursuit of individual transformation.
